Chef Liz is a culinary professional born and raised in the Los Angeles area, where her love for food, culture, and community was shaped from an early age. Classically trained in traditional French cuisine, she refined her craft through hands-on experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and with major hospitality brands including Hilton, Disney, and Marriott, supporting multi-million-dollar food and beverage operations.

For Liz, food is more than a service; it’s a way to bring people together and create meaningful experiences. She is known for building strong teams, leading with integrity, and creating kitchens where quality, consistency, and collaboration thrive. Her culinary approach blends classic technique with thoughtful, modern execution always balancing creativity with structure, accountability, and hospitality.

Outside of the kitchen, Liz is a devoted mother and partner. She is the proud mom of two daughters and two bonus children and is happily engaged to be married. Family plays a central role in her life and deeply influences her work — reinforcing her belief that the best food is created with love, patience, and purpose. Through her business, Liz continues to share her passion by delivering honest, high-quality culinary experiences that feel personal, welcoming, and made with care.
