Chef Liz is a culinary professional born and raised in the Los Angeles area, where her love for food, culture, and community was shaped from an early age. Classically trained in traditional French cuisine, she refined her craft through hands-on experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and with major hospitality brands including Hilton, Disney, and Marriott, supporting multi-million-dollar food and beverage operations.

Outside of the kitchen, Liz is a devoted mother and partner. She is the proud mom of two daughters and two bonus children and is happily engaged to be married.
